Dr. Jawad gave me my life back!

For about 2 ½ years I struggled with a pinched nerve in my back. I was in constant pain and could only lie on my back at night. I was treated by many medical doctors, therapists and even another Chiropractor, but to no avail.
Upon my first visit at Total Health & Wellness, I felt at home. They welcomed me with open arms, listened to me with compassion and really understood my pain and frustration. The office is beautiful and warm. Dr. Jawad, his wife Faye, and all the staff members made sure my visits were happy and healthy ones.  After my first treatment from Dr. Jawad there was a noticeable difference immediately. Now after completing my corrective care, I am pain FREE! I can finally live and active life again.

I came to Total Health & Wellness Center looking for relief from lower back pain and hip pain that I had suffered from for 3 years. The straight forward approach to treatment by Dr, Jawad was very effective. What a refief!
The combination of Chiropractic Adjustments and massage therapy has made me feel like a kid again. I guess that is what happens when you do not have to spend the night tossing and turning due to constant pain.

As I look back over my records, my 1st visit with Total health & Wellness center was in May 2006. At that time I had let my Chiropractic care slip, as I was tired of driving 5-6 miles for treatment. When I heard from another neighbor that your office had opened up, I quickly made my 1st appointment.
Dr. Jawad gave my complete work-up including x-rays. He patiently explained everything to me, answered all my questions and made me feel that I was in the right place. As a senior citizen I wanted ongoing care. Dr. Jawad got rid of my aches and pains and strengthened my spine so I feel more able to do the gardening that I love. With Fibromyalgia, I am always complaining about my aches and pains to Dr. Jawad, and he always listens and provides me with just what I need each visit.
The office is run in a very efficient manner and makes our experience a good one.

After receiving a massage from one of the therapists at Total Health & Wellness Center, my mother highly recommended that I do the same. Upon calling their office I was immediately set up for an appointment. I had previously spent many years with doctors, tests, etc, trying to get to the bottom of the many symptoms of painful joints, constant aches, restless arms and legs and most of all, sleepless nights. I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. When I started with Dr. Jawad, I was suffering from consistent burning pain in the top left upper buttock that kept me from walking. A thorough examination was performed along with diagnostic x-rays. He showed me how I had curvature in my lower spine as well as uneven hips. This now only contributed to my pain, but explained why my pants were longer on one leg than the other. In just a few shorts weeks my pain was gone!
It has been wonderful getting to know Dr. Jawad, Faye and the massage therapists. They always handle everything very professionally along with a caring heart. I want to thank God and the Team at Total Health & Wellness Center for their wonderful services and for the great results I have experienced.

I got to that magic age where I needed to either get myself back into shape or to simply forget about it. Fortunately, I decided on the former. After a few months into my workout routine, I injured my lower back by doing too much too soon. I will admit that I was leery about my treatment options; not only was the pain great, but I had never been treated by a Chiropractor before.
After my spouse convinced me of my foolish ways, I came in to see Dr. Jawad. The treatments were methodical, allowing me to feel better and better each session. I was also able to combine my treatment with massage therapy, which I have now come to schedule routinely. After only a week or so, most of the pain was gone. After about a month, all the pain was gone and I was back to my (modified) exercise routine.
I feel the variety of services offered by Total Health & wellness provided me and the many others I ran into, the opportunity to get well naturally.
The friendly atmosphere provided by Faye and the staff has kept me coming back as well as telling my friend and co-workers.
